Filled with 18 ingredients, this plentiful pen cai is set to be the highlight on the dining table. Revel in an assortment of delicacies, from 6-head whole abalone to cod fillets, roast pork to live prawns, conpoy to sea cucumber, each individually prepared before combined and simmered with house-made superior stock and seafood sauce.
Served in a claypot that you can keep, which keeps the food warm and allows for hassle-free reheating at home (you can reheat directly on a stove). This dish can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Tip: To reheat, add all ingredients into the pot, pour the broth over the ingredients, then cook it on the stove for 5-10 minutes over medium heat until the broth starts to bubble. Serve hot.

• Self-pickup timing: Lunch 11am-2.30pm; Dinner 6pm-8.30pm (last order is at 8pm).
