All takeaway prices displayed are subject to prevailing 9% GST.

Is there free delivery or minimum spend required?

Enjoy free delivery to one location for every order of $150 nett and above. Otherwise, a $20 delivery charge applies. Please note that we do not deliver to the following areas: Sentosa, Tuas, Changi and Restricted Areas.

Where is the self-pickup location?

Please meet us at our restaurant, located at level 5 of the National Gallery Singapore.

  
Can I place my order on the same day I would like to have them delivered?

Yes, we accept same-day orders with a minimum of two hours in advance. If you need an urgent delivery, kindly contact our restaurant directly before placing your order. Please call 9272 7522 or WhatsApp +65 8198 3398 to check for availability.

Please allow 45-60 minutes food preparation time before your intended self pick up or delivery time. Last order is at 8pm.

Can I cancel my order and apply for a refund?

All orders placed are non-refundable, as the food is prepared freshly and cooked-to-order. There will not be any refunds for orders that have already been prepared before the confirmed delivery/collection timing. Please call in 2 hours in advance if you need to delay the order. Are your menus available everyday?

Yes, we are open daily. Our lunch hours are 11.30am to 2.30pm and dinner hours are 6pm to 8.30pm. Last order is at 8pm. Orders for after 8.30pm are via self-pickup only.

Can I arrange for contactless delivery?

Let us know if you would like to arrange for the food to be left at your door/gate or guard house. Please ensure that you can collect it immediately to avoid the food being left unattended.

Can I add-on more things after paying for my order?

It is raining heavily, will there be any delays?

We strive to meet your desired timing – and we will call you to confirm if there are any foreseeable delays. Do expect a 30-45 minutes grace in delivery timing during high traffic hours or bad weather.

Do I need to order in advance for self collection?

We recommend that you place your order at least 2 hours before collection. For an urgent order please contact us before coming down.
 

Can I still order to collect under an hour?

How do I know if my order is ready to collect?

If you do not receive a call or email from us, your order will be prepared as placed. If you would like to check on your order, please call 9272 7522 or WhatsApp +65 8198 3398.
 

Can I send someone to collect on my behalf?

If you are unable to collect in person, you may ask someone to collect the order on your behalf. He/She will need to present a copy of the Confirmation email/message for collection.

Can I keep the food for later?

All our meals are prepped fresh, to be consumed within 4 hours. If you intend on keeping them for longer than 2 days, we recommend freezing, and defrosting/reheating when you intend to consume the meal. Flavor & texture of meals may be affected by freezing.
