• All orders placed are non-refundable, as the food is prepared freshly and cooked-to-order. There will not be any refunds for orders that have already been prepared before the confirmed delivery/collection timing. Please call in 2 hours in advance if you need to delay the order. For enquiries, please email reserve@yan.com.sg or call 9272 7522.
• Your preferred delivery selection is subject to availability. Our operations team will contact you only if we are unable to fulfil at your preferred delivery date and time.
• If a date is unavailable for selection, it means our delivery slot for the day is full.
• Credit Card discounts, vouchers and other offers are not applicable to e-store orders. All prices are inclusive of GST.
• Visuals are for illustration purposes only; actual product may vary. The Management reserves the right to make any changes to the menu items and T&C without prior notice.
